Got the best experience too. Was out of stock but I got mail as soon as it got restocked. I ordered it but it seemed a but off. Print was misaligned, ink stains, and missing product. Product from senpai never disappointed and as soon as I noticed it, I mailed about the problem and I didn’t had the packaging. I didn’t keep the packaging and tags. Thought it would be a big problem. Later I received a mail saying it was last product and asked if I would go with other products or wanted refund. So I asked a refund at first, cuz I really wanted so bad. I mailed them the same thing and it took more than a day for response (it takes more than a day for the response from other companies, but I am a bit impatient XD) but later I received a mail of tracker and guidance on packaging and tags. I was amazed on how they handled the problem and the product.

When I received the jacket, damn, it felt like a freshly baked cookies from the oven, it smelled so good and felt like it was stitched just before delivering.

Didn’t think I would get such support and would guide me till the end. It was the best experience and guess what. They gave some freebies too. It was just WOW!
