Terms and Conditions for Refund:
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on certain product categories due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to masks, boxers, vests, headgear, socks, and similar items. The list of non-returnable categories may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if it is evident that the product has been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or is not in its original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges or returns are not applicable for non-apparel items, except in cases where the customer has received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • In case a damaged or defective non-apparel product is received, we will provide a replacement for the same product. Refunds may not be applicable for non-apparel items unless replacement is not possible.
  • If the apparel product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may choose one of the following options after successful quality verification:
  • Exchange the product for another item of equal value.
  • Receive a full refund for the price paid for the product. The refund may be issued to the ComicSense wallet (usable for future purchases) or credited back to the original payment method, after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
  • For any claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded at the time of opening the package and should clearly show packaging label, the sealed package being opened and the product inside in one continuous, unedited shot.
  • Any issue related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim if:
  • The unboxing video is unclear, edited, incomplete, or not provided.
  • The claim does not match the condition of the returned product upon quality check.
  • The request is raised after the 24-hour reporting window.
  • Once the returned product is received, it will go through a quality check. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product passes inspection.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake from our end (wrong or defective product sent).
  • Customer must notify us via mail for return/refund within 7 days of receiving the product, to be eligible for 100 Days Return Policy.
  • For COD orders above 1500 an advance payment of ₹200 is required to confirm the order.
  • The ₹200 advance is fully refundable only if the customer cancels the order before it is shipped.
    The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped or refuses delivery.
  • Refund of COD charges is not applicable.
  • Refund for prepaid order will be made back to the same method you chose for payment or in your ComicSense wallet, which you can use on future orders.
  • Refund for COD order will be made in your ComicSense wallet, which you can use on future orders.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Boxes of figurines once opened will not be applicable for return/replacement, as being a collectible item, box is considered to be part of product.
  • If the order cancellation is requested before it is shipped, the refund will be initiated in 1-2 days.
  • If the order cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund (excluding shipping charges) will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us.
Procedure to Apply for 100 DAYS Return/Replacement:
  • First and most important make sure your order/product is eligible for return/replacement by going through the point above.
  • Email us at care@ComicSense.xyz with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Describe in as small detail as possible the reason for the return.
  • Also, specify whether you want to return or exchange the item; should you wish to alter the decision, you must inform this via mail before the return shipment arrives at the facility.
  • You are requested to wait until you receive an email confirmation from our team regarding your return/exchange. Any order shipped without the confirmation will not be valid for return or replacement
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s)back to us anytime within 100 DAYS (Yes, Senpai knows how lazy you are).
  • To compensate for the shipping expenses in sending the product back to us an amount of Rs. 100 will be added (only once per order) in your ComicSense wallet , which you can use on future orders.
  • In the event that more than one replacement is requested in the same order, you will be charged a fee of Rs. 100 (shipping charges) for it. Also we won’t be able to compensate the return shipping cost (for sending it to us) for the second replacement.
  • You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
  • You will receive all the details regarding return including the address to ship the item to via mail.
Duration of return/refund process:
  • In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement in 3-5 days of us receiving the product back.
  • In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 3-5 days of us receiving the product back.
  • Please note: After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
Rules for refunding courier charges:
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s)back to us. To compensate for the shipping expenses in sending the product back to us an amount of Rs. 100 will be added (only once per order) in your ComicSense wallet, which you can use on future orders.
  • We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service to send the product back to us. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and is one of the most economical and reliable courier service.
